The answer came soon after the move when director Jonathan Glazer phoned to ask if she would come to New York City to coach 11-year-old Cameron Bright, her client. He had just landed what would be his breakthrough role opposite Nicole Kidman in the 2004 movie Birth.

Big city accessibility

Jacqui, Cameron and his mother flew out of Nanaimo Airport four days after that phone call. Jacqui’s no stranger to last-minute flights. She and her clients have jetted to same-week auditions and screen tests in Vancouver, Toronto and Los Angeles. To the surprise of A-list producers, they always arrive on time.
