Directions
We are located on the east side of the Trans Canada Highway between the City of Nanaimo and the Town of Ladysmith. If you are traveling southbound from Nanaimo, we are approximately 18 km's from the downtown core and 7 km's south of the Duke Point Ferry overpass.
If you are traveling northbound from Ladysmith, we are approximately 9 km's from Ladysmith and 2.5 km's north of the Cedar Road and Trans Canada Highway Intersection. Our physical address is 3350 Spitfire Road, Cassidy BC V0R 1H0.

Greyhound Bus Lines
Greyhound currently offers six stops daily to and from the Nanaimo Airport. For schedule information phone 1-800-661-8747 or 250-753-4371 or visit their website at www.greyhound.ca Note: Services north Island include three trips daily to Courtenay and Campbell River and one trip to Port Hardy. A bus transfer will be required at the Nanaimo Greyhound Depot.

Nanaimo Airporter
The Shuttle provides door to door service to and from the Nanaimo Airport.
They are onsite to meet incoming flights and are located outside the Terminal ‘Arrivals’ entrance. For services to the Airport they require reservations to be made 24 hours in advance.

Vehicle Parking
The Nanaimo Airport is a pay parking facility, offering long and short term vehicle parking. Please obtain your ticket from the ticket dispenser located in the parking lot directly in front of the Terminal and ensure that it is visible on your dash. For passenger drop-off or pick-up, we offer a number of parking spaces that use coin parking meters. Passes for long term stays may be purchased through the machine or from the Airport Security office and the Connections Cafe'. If your travel plans keep you away longer than expected, contact Airport Security at 250-245-7093 to arrange for a parking extension.

The cost for parking at the Airport is $1.00/hr or $8.00/day. For longer periods please see the list below. Payment options are cash and credit card. ATM and change machines are provided in the Terminal for your convenience.
