Customer Service Representative
The Nanaimo Airport is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Airport Operations Team.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the initial point of contact for the public/passengers and is responsible for delivering first class, professional customer service. The CSR’s role is to represent and portray the values and attitudes of the Nanaimo Airport Commission (NAC), its Directors, Officers and Managers. The CSR is also responsible for managing the NAC’s communications on a variety of social media platforms.

Airport Operations Specialist
The Nanaimo Airport is seeking a full-time Airport Operations Specialist (AOS).
Working under the direction of the Senior Manager of Operations and the Duty Manager, the AOS is responsible for maintaining YCD facilities, grounds, equipment, and operating a variety of heavy and light equipment to perform such duties. The AOS also removes snow, ice, and other debris from airport surfaces, as well as provide support for crash, fire and rescue when responding to emergency situations.
