We Offer Numerous Land Development Opportunities
We’re fortunate to possess an extensive inventory of lands with airside and highway access. It allows us flexibility in determining the shape of development.
The more than 15 hectares of undeveloped lands along the north portion of the parallel taxiway, for example, would be ideal for hangars, FBOs, aircraft sales, flight training and MRO services.
The hangar lots to the south of the flight service station are well suited to an FBO. And our large unserviced parcels along the Highway 1 corridor could be used for far larger projects.
